we're sure you have questions
WHAT ABOUT SHORT OR LONG-TERM RENTALS?
Short photo shoot? Pop-up restaurant? Staging a window display? Let's collaborate. We do short and longer-term rentals.
WHAT ABOUT SET-UP?
Need help making sure all of your pieces are in just the right places? We're happy to assist! Set-up pricing is available by consultation.
DO I WASH THE DISHES?
Kick up your feet; this is one task you don't have to worry about. Prior to your rental's return, we ask that you rinse all dishes free of debris and alcohol using only water and non-abrasive cloths before repacking in the provided containers. Because of the vintage and delicate nature of the glassware, we take the greatest care to hand wash each piece with non-abrasive, green products.
OOPS, IT BROKE!
We understand, accidents happen! Sometimes Aunt Trudy gets a bit elbowy in the buffet line and a piece breaks. Upon start and conclusion of your event, please take a thorough inventory of the collection and inspect for any small mishaps. We do assess a fee of three times the rental rate for items returned damaged.
HOW DO I GET MY COLLECTION?
We can arrange pick-up in one of two convenient Chicago or Chicagoland locations. We also offer delivery services for the greater Chicagoland area.
DO I CHOOSE EACH PIECE?
Unfortunately, no. We have a large master collection and due to the labor and time it would take to label and sort, we are unable to allow guests to curate their own collections. If there are certain pieces you simply adore, please let us know and we will work to incorporate those into your hand-chosen collection.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE?
We do require that you have a few solid details prior to reserving your collection, including the event date, venue and guest estimate. It is also helpful to have a menu or mock menu in order to create the most personalized and thoughtful collection.
ARE THERE ORDER MINIMUMS?
Unless otherwise stated in a package price, we require a minimum $50 order.
WHAT IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Generally, items are picked up or delivered on the day of or day prior to an event and returned the day following an event.
